Pricing
Two parts, deliberately. A subscription covers the platform — every document, every training record, every employee taking it. Credits cover AI generation, which has a real per-use cost behind it. Nothing an operator does on a normal day consumes a credit.

What a credit buys
One credit is $0.10 of usage value. Video is charged by the second because that is how its cost actually behaves — an eight-second clip is 48 credits, not “one video”.
| Operation | Credits |
|---|---|
Training creation Analysis, training package, storyboard and quiz from one SOP | 5 each |
Revision analysis Revision comparison and retraining impact recommendation | 5 each |
Translation One training module into one additional language | 3 / language |
AI images One instructional image | 2 / image |
Narration Voice narration, per generated minute | 5 / minute |
AI video AI training video, per generated second | 6 / second |
AI video (regenerated) Regenerated AI training video, per generated second | 6 / second |
Failed generation The provider failed, so you are not charged | 0 |
Never uses credits
- Employees taking training
- Quiz attempts and practical sign-off
- The competency matrix
- Reports and the audit trail
- Uploading documents and revisions
- Assigning training
If you run out of credits, all of the above keeps working. Only new AI generation pauses.
Need more credits
| 500 credits≈ 10 videos | $50 |
| 2,500 credits≈ 52 videos | $22510% off |
| 10,000 credits≈ 208 videos | $80020% off |
Monthly credits reset each cycle. Purchased credits do not expire, and are only spent once the monthly allowance is used.
Video counts assume 8-second clips at 48 credits each. Shorter clips go further, and uploading your own footage costs nothing.
Questions
What happens when we run out of credits?
New AI generation stops. Everything else — assigned training, assessments, competency records, reports, the audit trail, document access — carries on exactly as before. Credits gate generation, not your records.
Do we pay for a generation that fails?
No. Credits are held while a job runs and returned in full if the provider fails. Your credit history shows the attempt and zero charged, so you can see it happened.
Can one person burn the whole month's credits?
Not by accident. There is a per-user daily limit, a cap on clip length and on clips per training, and anything above a threshold you set needs approval before a single credit is reserved.
Does the AI decide who needs retraining?
No. It compares revisions and recommends. A person makes the decision, and that decision is recorded against the revision.
Can we use our own footage instead of AI video?
Yes. Any step can take an uploaded clip or image instead of a generated one, which costs nothing in credits.
Is our procedure used to train anyone else's model?
No. Uploaded documents are private to your organization and stored outside the web root behind authentication.
