- 3If it is useful, we set up your organization and agree a plan. Nothing is billed before that conversation.

Before you send a procedure
Please do not email a controlled document to us unprompted. We will agree how to handle it first — and the security page lists exactly what protects it and what is still missing, which is worth two minutes beforehand.
